Crawling in the Stink

The Civil Agent looked at the wanted picture and read it. He didn't read it out loud or anything. Just quietly to himself.

H4e then smirked at the end.

"You idiot Dhoti (a racial slur against darkilings, normally only used in Nerin Toth and some small parts of The Long Reach). Like anyone would give two squirts about some worthless Knight of Tomath," the Civil Agent said, crumbling up the wanted poster and tossing it on the ground.

"Get out of here, before I have you hauled into the Peregren brigs for vagrancy."

Sir Goodfry stopped to take a nap. Not too far away he heard someone mention something about vagrancy. So he made sure to stay hidden in the tall weeds he lay in. he cetainly didn't want to be arrested for vagrancy.

Steven popped Kam in the back of the head, "Yeah, ye fekkin' Dhoti!" he said. He grabbed the piece of paper (Steven abhored littering) and stuffed it in his pocket, "Damn trashy ass hole," he muttered.

He grabbed Kam and pushed him towards the Civil agent, "Speakin' of vagrancy, thats why I brought this here Dhoti to ye, he's been vagrantin' all over the place! Why, even in front the school house! Ye should arrest him quickly, sir," Steven said.

He whispered to Kam, "Whats Vagrancy mean, Dhoti?"

He paused for a moment, "Whats Dhoti mean?"

Kam looks at the Agent with a confused look. He didn't know what the guy meant by Vagrancy either. He took a whiff of his under arm.

"Well I don't smell too bad. I don't think he's offended by that any. Besides, he smells a lot more worser than I do," replied Kam, talking to Steven.

"And you smell the worst of us here. And I don't know what a Dhoti is, but if I'm one, you're one times infinity! You and Fredrick, or whatever you call the fuzzy."

"And who are you to say I smell bad?" he asks the Civil Agent.

"Just for that, you can forget about the bounty! I don't want your filthy reward anyway. Though you can still help yourself to the pirate. He's being disgusting in public. That's gotta be worse than my vagrancy. You can plug your nose, but it's a pain in the ass walking around, covering your eyes."

The Civil Agent looked at Kam, confused. The back to Steven. Then back to the Kam. Then back to Steven again.

"Hmmm? You two are up to somethin'. I'm not sure what but if yer heading into Nekrut or Peregren you better not cause trouble."

The Agent then walked away.

Sir Goodfry couldn't sleep. Someone kept talking and it was driving him nuts. He stood up from the weeds and then saw Kam and Steven.

"BUCKAW!" he yelled angrily, rushing at them drawing his sword.

"HOLY FEKKIN' SHIT!" He yelled, "ITS A GHOST CHICKEN!" He pushed Kam in front of himself, making a human shield out of the darkling, "He's the one you want, oh powerful ghost chicken of vengance! Take him!"

He grabbed the piece of paper and threw it at the bird, then threw Frederick, who squeeked fiercly in anger after bouncing off the bird's beak, then he ran into a stable, hiding behind a horse.

Uncontrollable sneezing grips Kam, and he is unable to stop or help himself as he becomes a meat shield for the pirate.

"I... *sneeze* ...ate thi... *sneeze* ... damn bir... *sneeze* ...chicken!"

Kam sneezes so much, yet he can't do anything with Steven holding him.

"Ge... *sneeze* ...off!"

*sneeze*

"Rape!"

*sneeze*

"Knight!"

*sneeze*

"Vagra-"

*sneeze*

Sir Goodfry stopped dead in his tracks.

"Vagra? What do you know of Sir Vagra of Alemar? He's been missing for months."

ONE YEAR LATER

The trio had transported the building materials back to Port Skell. The Steven and Kam were no longer wanted as it was revealed that they had not murdered Sir Goodfry. However , they were believed to have kidnapped him and were forced to pluck chickens for butchering for three months (much to Kam's dismay). After this they were all then ordered to travel to Alemar to search for Sir Vagra.

The group had just arrived in the small town.

It wasn't large. Maybe 12 buildings. But there's qas clearly a thieves guild in this town running things due to the royal family who resided in a castle just outside of town warring with another family.

"The rebirth of my new world will make all right again," Calhera, the Goddess of Vengeance stated as she sat on the throne.

"The body of Erron yet lives. And the body of Talkren lies dead. I am nearly half way to my goal. And once I get there...this world will be born anew with only I as it's over lord. A world without undead, without cannibalistic agents, a world without the pain and death and destruction that this one has seen for far too long.

The end draws near..."

"Why are we searching for this Viagra guy?" asked Kam.

"And why are we in this dump? And why is the pirate still drunk? And why am I still asking questions?"

Kam'Hillod stood as far away from the chicken as possible. The pirate smelled terrible, but Kam wasn't allergic to ugly drunk pirates yet.

"When's your next bath, pirate? Aren't you supposed to love water? ...What are we doing, again?"

Erron rushed the ogre encampment....

Browden and the others arrived in Medrath. Immediately the group saw a man fleeing guards. Believing he was helping and itching for a reason to revel in violence, Lucian tackled the fleeing man and felt the beast take over. It was afterwords that the guards introduced themselves of Civil Agents and that the man they had been trying to capture was a man by the name of Sir Vagra.

Kam, Steven and Sir Goodfry eventually found out about Sir Vagra. It turned out that the royal family of Alamar were blaming the militia of the town of Medrath for the knight's death. And they also pointed out that it was now Sir Goodfry's and his two squires' duty to find the killers and bring them to justice.
