We see the inside of the precinct now, with officers doing their job. Two officers stand in the background speaking. One is a black woman who is very sexy and sports an afro (Ray Anne Hansel), the other is a white man who is tall and well built, with slicked back, black hair and and clean shaven face (Matthew Anderson). They seem to be arguing.
Ray Anne: THIS IS BULLSHIT! IT'S NOT EVEN OUR COUNTY!
Matthew: COUNTY? COUNTY!? WHO DO YOU WORK FOR, ROSCOE P. COLTRANE!? YOU'LL DO THE CASES ASSIGNED TO YOU HANSEL! PERIOD!

We now see Kelly, a young white man who is slightly overweight and sports a green mohawk and several facial piercings. Kelly is running down the sidewalk knocking other people out of his way. behind him are men in all black suits chasing him.
Kelly: OH GOD! OHGODOHGODOHGODOHGOD!

This is a bird's eye view of Ray Anne's car turning at an intersection.

Ray Anne's car hits Kelly. His back slams into the windshield, cracking it in hundreds of places. The men in black suits can be seen in the background standing still, with a look of surprise on their faces.

Ray Anne: OH MY GOD!
P2. We now see Ray Anne standing next to the front of the car. Kelly lays on top of the hood facing up. Lots of people are now stopping their vehicles and the sidewalks are beginning to become crowded with onlookers. Ray Anne is holding up her badge and yelling to the crowd.
Ray Anne: IT'S OK, I'M A POLICE OFFICER. SOMEONE CALL 911.

Kelly now rolls over onto his side and moans.
Kelly: UHH...WHAT THE...WHAT HAPPENED?
P4.
The men in black suits all look at each other with anger and determination on their faces.

Close up of Kelly, who has a look of fear and surprise on his face.
Kelly: OH SHIT.
